After working in a pharmaceutical distribution firm for 8 years, Mr. Madhav Kumar decided to venture out on his own.
Since then, in 36 years, he has achieved perfection in this industry and Dorphyll Healthcare is a prime example of this. A larger than life persona, fondly known as “Maghu bhai”, he encouraged entrepreneurship and promoted self-belief in his employees.
A standing testimonial is that 28 of his employees have setup their own pharmaceutical businesses.
An Alumnus of Bishop Cottons in Bangalore, he completed engineering (B.E) in Electronics and Communications, worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd, and has an M.B.A degree ( Finance & Marketing) from SCMHRD, which is amongst the top 15 B-Schools.
He started Dorphyll Healthcare in 2009, under the guidance of Mr. Madhav Kumar. He also started Surgeway Biosciences in 2016, and these two new companies, are taking rapid strides and will grow multifold under his leadership.
